Overview of Campbell County Records

• Campbell County was a county in Georgia from 1828 to 1931. It was created originally from Fayette, Coweta, and Carroll counties. The southern half of the county became Douglas County in 1870 and the remained of Campbell county was ceded to Fulton County at the end of 1931.
• Copies of birth and death certificates from 1919 and later can be obtained from the Georgia Department of Public Health.
