FORESTERS OF AMERICA.
The objects of this order are to unite fraternally all white males of good character, between the ages of eighteen and fifty years, to afd its sick members, bury its dead, give relief to their widows and or- phans, to find employment for the unemployed members, and all other benevolent purposes. There are one hundred and eighty Courts in the State, also branches known as Knights of Sherwood Forest, and the Companions of the Forest.
The Supreme body of the order is known as the Su- preme Court, and was organized in Minneapolis on August 15, 1889, having on that day seceded from the Ancient Order of Foresters in England. The Su- preme Court meets biennially. Next meeting at Providence, Rhode Island.
