guarantees you freedom from care and worry in event of your sickness or injury. The small monthly dues which you pay provides Doctor's Services, Hospital, Operations and Medicines.

OFFICE TREATMENT

Medical treatment will be given members any day, and the office hours of the medical staff are arranged to suit the convenience of all members, as they are from 10 in the morning until 8 o'clock in the evening daily.

At the treatment offices you will receive the most careful attention of skilled and experienced physicians and surgeons. The equipment of the medical treatment offices is complete and up to date, includ- ing X-Ray and the latest electrical appli- ances.

HOSPITAL SERVICE

When you are seriously injured, or should you be so seriously sick as to need an operation and to require hos- pital care, we will send you to a first- class hospital, where we will give you skilled and competent surgical and medical treatment. This includes all necessary surgical operations.

All expenses for ambulance, operating room, dressings, bandages, casts, drugs and medicines required will be paid by the Associated Health Service.

HOME VISITS

When sick at home, notify our offices, and we will promptly send an experi- enced physician to see you. During your illness he will give you the best of care and all medicines needed. In case of an accident you will receive the same careful treatment for your injuries, whether it be day or night. .

Should your sickness be mild or seri- ous, its duration a day or a year, we are at your constant service.

HEALTH SERVICE

Members are urged to consult the medical staff at regular intervals for advice on how to stay well. These examinations are a part of our health service, and may reveal a latent con- dition which, if immediately corrected, will maintain you in health. Serious or long illnesses may often be avoided if preventive measures are taken in time. Colds, fevers and wounds which may seem unimportant may lead to serious results should they not receive imme- diate and proper medical care and at- tention.
