after consultation with Russel Stover The Committee Bought Que were of land of The north west Side of Old Cemetery Purchase price being 225,000.


a Company was formed, and shares were to be sold to saire said woven but later cach stock holder tooka lot in new edition in place of selling shares

meting was called to order by G.W. Vathon On motion of Heber Stoddard, John W. Freer was elected Chairman, and 8. h. Patton See. of Said meetings after which a report of the receipts and Expenditures of the yard were was sea and excepted, also a report of the Fence that was Just completed which was also excepted.


G. W. Patton then resigned his position as oversees of the Cenneting and on motion the names a Henry Stoner, South Grove and I. h. Patton were mentioned to act as Trustees of the Quelesy, which was amanyamously excepted and They were Elected Trustees of the adams Quidery


On motion the meeting then adjourned .
