Dr. Gates' Private Medical Dispensary
FOR THE TREATMENT OF ALL DISEASEES OF THE
GENITAL AND URINARY ORGANS, OF BOTH SEXES.
DR. H. G. MILLER & CO., PROPRIETORS.
Ofice, North East corner of Third and Market Streets, ENTRANCE ON THIRD STREET, LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY.
Persons afflicted with any Diseasel of the Genital or Urinary Orguts, sorh as Gonorrbes, Gleet, Stricture, Primary or Secondary Syphilis, Im potency ce Sexual Debrady, Seminal Emiarsoni, &c., can secure the best treatment which a long experience in this special line of practice renders ua capable, by calling at this Old Established and well known Dispensary.
We devote our entire time and attention to the study acid treatment of this cinas of disease, and are enabled to guarantee cures in the shortest possible time.
Young Men suffering from the effects of youthful indiscretice, and excessive indigence which unfit them for the enjoyment of the pleasures of life or attention to business, rendering them prematurely old and debilitated, can have all diseases removed, and be fully restored to their pristine health and vigor, by timely application to us.
We use no irritating or caustic injections in the treatment of Gonorrhea. This, Exe all other diseases, should be treated upon philosohpical principles. Having ita diferent and distinctly marked stages of pro- gress, as the state of incubation, acute or inflammatory stage, and chronic, or stage of decline. Each of these stages requires an entirely different course of treatment. We treat the disease according to the symptoms present at the time. The reason why so many cases of this disease terminate in Gleet or Stricture, is that no attention is paid to this important fact. Some favorite recipe or patent nostrum is resorted to in all stages and conditions of the disease. Probably in one case in ten is answers the pur- pose, but in the other nine, a permanent Gleet, or something worse, is the result. The indiscriminate use of injections in this disease, very seldom fails to indiset permanent and lasting injury. In the treat- ment of Primary Syphilitic Chancres, or any kind of external disense of the genital organs, we have & remedy which we have never known fail in a single instance to effect & permanent and lasting cure in less than one-fourth the time it requires to patch up a cure by any other process within our knowledge. This remedy has entirely superceded the use of Sitrate of Silver, Black Wash, and all other caustic and mercurial preparations, in the treatment of this class of disease. If you wish to be cured wund and well, in a few days, by a pleasant, painless and harmless remedy, do not robject yourself 10 Nitrate of Silver or any similar treatment. If you have been ander such treatment for weeks or monthe, and your flesh is not all destroyed, our remedy will cure you sound in a few days. The destructive progress of the disease is arrested, the poisonous virus is destroyed, and a healing process set up immediately upon the application of this remedy.
ANTI- VENEAREAL POWDERS-We are agents for Dr. Rinand's celebrated Anti- Venereal Powders, Acer- tain preventive against the contraction of all kinds of venereal disease. Price 85 a boz.
