NOTICE OF CONDEMNATION
To the persons named or otherwise designated in Exhibit "B" hereto attached.
You are hereby notified that a Complaint in Condemnation has heretofore been filed in the office of the Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas in Topeka, Kansas, for the taking, for use in connection with the construction and establishment of the Milford Dam and Reservoir, Kansas, for uses incident thereto, and for such other uses as may be authorized by Congress or by Executive Order, of the fee simple title, subject, however, to existing casements for public roads and highways, public utilities, railroads and pipelines, of the property in which you have or claim an interest. The property so to be taken is described in Exhibit A," attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The authority for the taking is the Act of Congress approved April 24, 1888 (25 Stat. 94, 33 U.S.C. 591) and the Act of Congress approved March 1, 1917 (39 Stat. 948, 33 U.S.C. 701), which acts authorize the acquisition of land for river and harbor and flood control purposes, and the Act of Congress approved September 3, 1954 (Public Law 780-83d Congress) which act authorized the project hereinafter referred to; and the Act of Congress approved October 24, 1962 (Public Law 87-880), which act appropriated funds for such purposes.
You are further notified that an order has been made by the court granting to the plaintiff immediate possession of all of said lands to the extent of the foregoing interests with the right to disinter, remove, and reinter all bodies of deceased persons lying buried within said cemetery tracts in accordance with the plans and specifications contained in a Cemetery Relocation Plan filed with this complaint.

You are further notified that if you desire to present any objectien or defense to the taking of your property you are required to serve your answer on the plaintiff's attorney at the address herein designated within twenty days after personal service of this notice upon you.
Your answer shall identify the property in which you claim to have an interest, state the nature and extent of the interest you claim, and state all of your objections and defenses to the taking of your property. All defenses and objections not so presented are waived. And in case of your failure so to answer the Complaint judgment of condemnation of that part of the above-described property in which you have or claim an interest will be rendered.

A tract of land situated in the NELSE of Section 19, Township 11 South, Range 5 East of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Geary County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows.
