BOARD OF SUPERVISORS .- The Board of Supervisors of Assessment is composed of the Mayor, the two Chairmen of the Finance Committees, and the above Board of Assessors, whose duty it is to equalize the rates of taxation, and receive and consider the complaints of tax-payers who were absent from the city during the exposure of the rolls.
