Nature's Great Vital Energy Recuperator.

Wheat, a natural food, contains all the fifteen elements found in the human body, and chemical analysis shows all natural foods, vegetable and animal, contain these same fifteen elements, and nearly in the same proportion as the human body. Deficiency of vitalizing elements is the trouble with fine flour.

Arlington Wheat Meal (AN UNEQUALED FOOD FOR ALL.)

This differs from the Graham Flour of Commerce in being ground from the WHOLE GRAIN of the Choicest Selected White Wheat. In the coverings of the Wheat are the Phosphates which go to constitute bone and muscle, and materially assist digestion by causing the rapid decomposition of the food. It is in this way the Phos- phates in ARLINGTON WHEAT MEAL act, giving new power and strength to the system.

PREFACE.

This, the first volume of the Directory of the Town of Arlington, is herewith presented to the citizens and its patrons. The work has received much time and attention from the publishers, to make it as full and reliable as possible in a work of this kind. Errors in a Directory are unavoidable, yet it is believed this is, in the main, correct. No pains or expense has been spared to make the work worthy of the extensive patronage of the public.

Our advertising department contains the cards of the most enterprising business men of the towns we represent, and we would especially direct public attention to them.

For the very liberal patronage we have received from the citizens, for the encouragement and aid rendered us by all with whom we have had to deal, and the willingness all have shown to assist' us in this work, we sincerely return our thanks.

THE PUBLISHERS.
