PREFACE.
In presenting this, the second edition of a BROOKLINE BLUE BOOK, the publishers have made it as perfect as possible, so that it would be a valuable book of reference.
If any have been omitted it was unintentional. We have made a careful canvass. We return our thanks to those who have rendered valuable assistance. We can assure the residents of Brookline that we shall spare no expense to make our annual BLUE BOOK a valuable guide for the library table.
We wish to express our thanks to the advertisers, and hope that they will feel that a fair equivalent has been rendered them.
