PREFACE

In issuing volume fifteen of the Brookline Blue Book we wish to express our satisfaction at its reception as evidenced by our hst of subscribers and advertising patrons.

We mentioned in our last issue that we published the only BROOKLINE BLUE BOOK, yet we have had inquiries from some who do not know that fact. We have been long enough in the field as publishers of suburban and North Shore Blue Books to have become known among the majority of Brookline residents.

The book was printed this year in an adjoining town and we have not seen the proofs as we would have liked to. We hope there will be no errors in it, however.

Our thanks are extended to all our patrons for their orders, also to all those who have kindly forwarded ns information.

The Book will be published May I each year.

Respectfully, EDWARD A. JONES.
