PREFACE.

This issue makes the eighteenth in the series of Brookline Blue Books.

We are grateful to our many friends and patrons for their orders and ready responses to our requests for information.

We want to remind our present and former patrons and readers that this is the only exclusive Brookline Blue Book published. We find there are some persons deceived and made to think there is another.

We issue our North Shore Blue Book July first and we include in this the names of many of our Brookline subscribers.

Hoping our Book will be found useful and convenient for reference in the many homes to which it goes we remain,

Respectfully, EDWARD A. JONES.
