This list, will add some, correct some and clear up some of the doubtful entries, listed in the printed vital records.


The old stones are of red sandstone, some badly weathered and rather difficult to decipher. The differences in the vital records have been carefully compared with the stones.

The above two Johns are different persons, at least there are two gravestones in different parts of the yard. £ Ens. John is in the group with Eunice, d. 1778. (see Eunice Ely) .
