FORWORD

This BOOK contains all the inscriptions on all the grave- stones to Dec. 31 1947. and designated as PART I. There are about 404 gravestones with inscriptions.

The kind of stone is given, when other than marble or granite.

The NAMES are listed in alphabetical order. Following each gravestone inscription, in the right margin is the location number. This number corresponds to the number on the map of the cemetery, where each stone is located as indicated. viz ;-

5/10 17-A

PART II is a Cross Index to the wives and other persons, where there are more than one name on the stone. NAMES are arranged alphabetically.

Also at the end of this part is included the SHOLES family burying ground in the south part of the town.

PART III is the Detail of the Lots, drawn large enough to locate the graves, stones etc. and drawn to a scale of 1/4 inch to 1 foot. or the distance between the blue lines being i foot.

As you look at the book, the top of the lot will be South, and the left side, Fast.

On the back of the page of the Lot diagrams are the inscriptions that are on the gravestones oe monument in that lot, and all numbered to correspond with the lot diagrams.

Brackets at some of the corners of the lots, represent the corner of other lots with thier number inside, to be used as a quick cross reference.
