I Elenerar Whitney Jr. of Leverett in the Country of Franklin of Commonwealth of Massachusetts yeaman in consideration of thirty dollars to me paid by Lucius M. Bothwood of Amherst in the Country of Hampshire - do hereby sell + convey transfer Is assign to him the said Bottwood My brindle low of call to have and to holde the same to him of his heirs for ever
