SECTION 24. Every justice of the peace, minister, and clerk or keeper of the reeords of a meeting wherein marriages among Friends or Quakers arc solemnized shall make and keep a record of each marriage solemnized before him, or in such meeting, and of all faets relating to the marriage which are required to be recorded by seetion one of chapter thirty-two of the Public Statutes.
