It a Parish meeting held Wednesday evening. Jan. 12, a Prudential Committee conecating I the following members was elected - erf.
Edward B. Brown, Fred D. Lawrence Best Campbell, Fred Bissell and Martha E. Schüler.
Saturday evening, Jan. 15, the Prudential Com. mitte was called together at Mr. F. B. Brownie for the purpose of organization ; all being present except Mi. Lawrence.

at the Annual Parich meeting the following Prudential Committee was chosen. viz.
Mr. albert Brown, Mr. Urin Hicks, Mr. Clausce B. Brown , Mr. B. G . Campbell and Martha 6 . Streeter.

The Prudential Committee was called to meet at Mr. albert Brown's on the above date . The members were all present. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Clarence Brown , and the Commuter was organized as follows. Mr. Albert Brown was elected Chairman and Martha 8. Streeter Clerk.
The first business of the meeting was to determine the beck ways and means of racing funds for the Parish expenses for the ensuing year , and after some discussion it was voted to continue the envelope eyalet, for Mr. Claunce Brown reported that it worked execessfully during the fract year .
Voted to divide the town into give sections, assign ing a certain section to each member of the committee, through which to distribute envelopes and collect funds for the necessary expenses. The division was as follows! Little Rech Road and Hollow road was assigned to Mr. Albert Brown Palmer road, Mill Lane and Prospech Hill to Mr. Ossin Hicks, Tower Hill and Burnham Town to Mr. Clarence Brown , Sturbridge road , Page Hill and Haynes Hill to Mr. B. G. Campbell, and North and South Main Streets to Mrs. Streeten Voted to reflect Mr. Wallace Moors as janitor of the Church at the same salary, $100.00 Voled to appropriate- 100,00 as organists salary for service on Sunday mornings.
Voled to leave the matter of employing a Choisister until some future meeting.

It was reported by Mr. Albert Brown that the Parsonage za of certain repassé and it suggested that a committee of one be appointed to look after auch neede? The horse chede were again under discussion . and it was suggested that the male members of the Prudential Committee investigate the matter and determine if possible , what was beck to be done with the chede.

The Prudential Committee was called to gether at the Chairman's , Mr. Albert Brownie , Wednesday evening Jan. 16, for the purpose of selecting an organist for the Church. all the members of the commuter were present, also several members of the Standing Committee I the Church. Out of deference to Mr. Edward Brown, Chairman of the Standing Committee, Mr. albert Brown invited him to preside at the joint meeting.
The business of the meeting was as follows. Mrs. Edgar Brown's letter stating that she did not wish to be con- ordered as a candidate for organist- was reported. After some discussion, a motion was made and seconde that the committee advertize for an organist, but the motion was not carria.

March 8 1924 The Prudential Committee met at the Parsonage upon call of the Chairman , Mr . albert Brown . The members were all present. The business of the meeting was to plan for the work on the interior of the Parsonage.
Voted to engage Mr. Willard Hetherell to remove the paper from the walls and to paint the word work. Voted to authorize Me. Streeter to confer with Mr. Calkins of Palmer in reference to hanging new paper and also to assist Rev. Robert Campbell in selecting wall paper.
Valed to authorize Mr. albert Brown to attend to engaging workmen and funcharing supplies. The meeting adjourned. Martha S. Streeter, Clerk.
March 28, 1924. a joint muting of the Prudential and Standing Committees of the Church was held at Mr. Aberk Brown's on the evening of March 28th. The minbere were all present, also Rev. Robert Camp. bell . Mr. Edward B. Brown was invited to per - aide. The meeting was called to decide upon an organisch for the Church, as the, iarbelli engage. ment expired apr. Ich. The Prudential Committee met at Mr. albert Brown's all members being present, excepting Mr. Drin Hicks. after the meeting was called to order by the Chairman, there was a some. what lengthy discussion over the finances of the church! It was suggested by Mr. Albert- Brown that each member of the committee try to raise twenty five dollars before let. Ist. The from condition of the Parsonage sink was reported and it was voted to ask Mr. Louis Phillipe to repair it is possible, and also to attend to the cleaning out of the chimney. as the question arose concerning the use of the church organ, Mr. Streeter was requested to interview Mr. Edward Brown and find when it would be most convenient to call a joint meeting of the Prudential Committer and the Standing Committee of the church.

aug. 9, 1924. a meeting of the joint committee, vis church and Prudential , was held in the church vestry . Those quecent were Mr. E. B. Brown, Mr. albert-Browse, Mr. Clarence Brown , Mr . B. G. Campbell and Me. M. E. Sheeler. The meeting was called to order and Mr. E. B. Brown presented a request for the removal of the two horse chede at the east end of the north row, as he desired a new right- 7 way from his farm you. after much discussion Mr. albert- Brown suggested that the matter be frost poned for settlement until all the members I the commuter were present. De the joint- committee meeting was called for the purpose of deciding whether or not the organ shall be used in the morning church service, Mr. B. E. Campbell made a motion that a committee 2 to be appointed to confer with Mir. Tabell and inform her of a previous role of the com mutter in reference to using the organ.
The motion was ammended by Mr . Albert - Brown that the committee of two be composed of Mr. B. G. Campbell and Mr. Clarence B . Brown . Mr. Clarence Brown refused to serve, but Mr. Campbell agreed to accept the amendment- provided Mr. albert-Brown's name be inserted in place of Clarence Brown. The motion was approved and accepted. at this point the joint committee adjourned and the Prudential Committee convened.

Vacation for the Pastor was discussed and it- was soled to leave the matter of finding of the Pastor desired a vacation and when he derved it in the hands of the Church Cake, and to bring the matter before the Church.

Mrs. Tarbelle resignation as Church Pranich, to take effect October 1ch. was read and accepted. It was then suggested that Mie. Philip Brown be asked to play the organ on the following Sunday mour.
