In regard to repairs on Cross Street, the Town appropriated two hundred dollars. That money was expended where, in our judgment, we thought it was needed the most. The street is not finished, and it will require another appropriation to com- plete it a proper manner.

The new reservoir on Foundry Street is not complete, for the reason that the springs raised so that it could not be fin- ished. The appropriation is sufficient to finish it.
