Greeting :


you are hereby required in the name of the Commonwealth aforesard to notify and war all the inhabitants of said tour qualified to vole in Elections, and also in town affairs, to meet at the Tour Hall at the brithe of the town on Monday The fifth day of March next, being the link monday i said month at nine o'clock f. M. there and there to act on the following articles to wit;


Art, Ist To choose a Moderator.


Art, 2nd To hear the reports of Officers and Committees and act thereare, Art, 3 To determine the manner of collecting the lakes. Art. Ich To determine the manner of refraining the highways, townway and bridges,


At, ich To See if the tour will vote to increase the number of it's School Committee.


Art, 6 To Choose all necessary touse officers? Art. 7 To see if the tour will vole to change the time of holding it's annual meeting,


Art, 8 To see if the tour will vole to require the School Comitee to appoint a Superintendent of public schools,


To act in relation to the list of Jurors prepared by the Sobotucen.

Kimball of Billerica, to see if the town will vote to receive from him a deposit of one hundred dollars for the purpose of providing for the care and preservation of the tomb and other appendages of his lot in the public burying ground in this town, and Establish such by laws as may be necessary for the purposes of Chapter 225 of the Acts of 1870, or act in relation thereto. Art, 28 At the request of the Oververs of the Poor to See if the town will vole to see the old barn on the town farm, or act in relation thereto.
