1906. In Board of Selectmen Town of Chelmsford, Jan. 13, 1906. Voted :- That the Boston and Northern Street Railway Company ber and they are hereby authorized and hermitted to Erect poles to sustain the wires of its lines as follows


Princeton Street, Southernby side, from The Lowill. Chelmsford Line to the junction of Princeton and Dartmouth Streets; thence through Dartmouth Street to its junction with middlesex Street.


This permit is granted upon the following con- ditions, to wit:


First :- That said holes shall be of cedar, chestnut, or other suitable material and not less than thirty. five feet in height.


Second: That said Company shall protect said Town against any and all claims for damages, coste, expenses, or compensation for, on account of or in any way growing out of the erection, maintenance or use of said holes on said streets.


Third; That said holes shall be kept well hanted and in good condition to the satisfaction of the Board of Selectmen. That the wires shall be placed on said holes not less than twenty five feet from the ground, and the name of said Company shall be distinctly painted on the cross-arms used and kept by said Company on said proles.


Fourth :- That if any of the about conditions are not complied with, or any of said poles are not to- cated with public safety of convenience, the same shall be relocated at the expense of said Company at the direction of the Board of Selectmen
