Lincoln the following goods and chattles, namely:

To have and to hold all and singular the said. goods and chattles to the said albert N. Lincoln and his executors, administrators, and assigns, to their own use and behoof forever


and I hereby covenant with the sender that I am the lawful owner of the said goods and chattles; that they are free from all incumbrances, that I have good right to sell the same as aforesaid; and that I will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons Provided nevertheless that if I, or my executors, administrators or assigns shall pay unto the vendee, or his executors, administrators, or assigns, the sum of thirty dollars on demand from date and with interest after six months from date as written in a certain note of even date herewith signed by me, and until such payment shall keep the said goods and chattles insured against fire in a su not less than- dollars for the benefit of the vendee and his executors, administrators, and assigns, in such form and in such Insurance Companies as they shall approve, shall not waste or destroy the said goods and chattles, now suffer them or any part there of to be attached on mesne process, and shall not, except with the consent in writing of the vendee on his representatives, attempt to sell or to remove from

said Narren the same or any part thereof .- then this died, as also the aforesaid note, shall te void.


But upon any default in the performance of observance of the foregoing condition, the reader, or fix executors, administrator, or assigns, may dell the said goods and chattles at public auction Just notifying the debtos, in the manner provi- did in section seven of chapter one hundred and ninety-two of the Public Statutes of the time and place of any sale to be made in foreclosure pro- ccedings at least seven days before such sale, and outo the money arising from such sale the vender or his representatives shall be entitled to retain all sums then secured by this mortgage, whether then or thereafter payable, including all costs, changes and expenses incurred or sustained by Liv or them in relation to the said property, or to discharge any claims or liens of third persons affect. ing the same : rendering the surplus, if any, to the os my executors, administrators. or assigns. and it is agreed that the vender, or his executors, administrators, as assigns, or any person or persons in their behalf, may purchase at any sale made as afresaid; and that until default in the per- formance on observance of the condition of this deed Sand my executors administrators, and assigns, may selectie possession of the above morgaged prop add and navy wie and enjoy the same, but after sich default, the rendre of those claiming under Home may take immediate possession of said bekets and for that purpose may, so far as I can five authority therefor, enter upon any premisa antich said property or any part thereof may be sitivated, and remove the same there from. OTuttle, of Warren, in the country of Worcester, and State of Massachusetts in consideration of One hundred and sixty five dollars paid by Henry Davis of Springfield, Massachusetts, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, sell, transfer, and deliver unto the said Henry Davis, the following goods and chattles, namely:


One seven years old cow, color spotted, that I had of Henry Bosworth, One two year old heifer, that I raised, color black, One yearling heifer, color brown, with star in face, One yearling heifer color spotted. One heifer calf, three months old, color black.


One black Horse, with scar on ankle of nigh hind leg, being the horse I had of Henry Davis this day. also two figs.


To have and to hold all and singular the said goods and chattles to the said Henry Davis and his executors, administrators, and assigns, to their own use and behoof forever.


and I hereby covenant with the grantee that I am the lawful owner of the said goods and chattles; that they are free from all incumbrances, that I have good right to sell the same as aforesaid: and that I will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.


Bovided nevertheless that if I, or my executors, administrator, Massigns, shall pay unto the grantes or his executors, administrators, or assigns the sun of One hundred and sixty five dollars, on demand with interest from date, at the rate of six per cent, per annum, and until such payment shall not waste or destroy the said goods and chattles, now suffer them or any part thereof to be attached on mesure process; and shall not, a cept with the consent in writing of the grantee or his representatives, attempt to sell or to remove from the town of Warren the same or any part thereof, - then this deed, as also aforesaid note of even date herewith, signed by me micreby I promise to pay to the grantee or order the said sum and interest at the times aforesaid, shall be void .

Jagan of Warren aforesaid the receipt where of I do hereby acknowledge, do hereby assign and transfer to said William J. Jagan all claims and demands which I now have, and all which, at any time between the date hereof and the seventh day of June 1896, I may and shall have against the George F. Blake Manufacturing Company a corporation established under the land of the State of New Jersey , and having an established and usual place of business in Harren afresaid for all sums of money due and for all sums of money, and demands which, at any time between the date hereof and the said seventh day of June 1896, may and shall become due to me, for services as core maker to have and to hold the same to the said William J. Sagan his executors, admin istrators, and assigns forever.

Greetings In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts we command you to attach the Goods or Estate of John Lester of Narren in the said bounty of Norcenter to the value of two hundred dollars, and summon the said Defendant (if he may be found in your precinct ), so that he may be had before me, John It. Ogler Esquire, one of the Trial Justices within and for the bounty aforesaid, at my office in Warren in said twenty, on Saturday the Twentieth day of July A.D. 195 at nine of the clock in the frenoon; then and there to answer to William a. Smith of Warren aforesana in an action of contract.
