At a legal meeting of the Inhabitants the Town of Warren hele in the Town Hall . on Mondig the 4th day of april 1904 . The meeting was called to order at 6-30 o'clock a. M. A & Andre B. Braun Down Search and the Humant was read.

Patrick Teller in charge of the Ballate. Jerry"M. Sheehan Teller, was placed in charge of the ballot box, and Lewis H. Pearce, Seller at the fallof for check list. a vote was taken immediately.that all further action ufrom the remaining articles of the Warrant ve posthvid until one thirty o'clock O. M. Ut 9-45 ' clock a.M. by consent of the Moderator and Town blesk, the ballot box was opened, and all ballots taken therefrom, the ballot box register showed 171. The Moderator counted the Pallots and found 171 ballate.

Voted: that for the propose of pro curing a. temporary loan to and for the use of the Town of Warren, in anticipation of tares of the present municipal year the to. treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to borrow from time to time with the official of a majority of the board of Selectmen, a sum or sums not exceeding in the aggre gate. thirty thousand dollars, and" to execute it va deliver the note or notes of the town. There for payable within one year from the time the loan is made. Any debt or debts incurred by a loan or loans to the town under this note shall be paid from the said taxes of the present municipal year.
