IN accordance with former usage and custom, the Select- men and Overseers of the Poor present their annual Financial Report of the expenditures of the Town of Attleborough for the year ending April 1, 1869, and respectfully submit the following : -

ASSESSORS' REPORT.
We found that on the first day of May last the number of persons resident in Attleborough liable by law to be as essed with a poll tax was 1,598 ; the valuation of both real and per- sonal estate to be two million three hundred seventy-eight thousand five hundred and twenty-six dollars ($2,378,526), on which polls and estates we assessed to the inhabitants the sum of thirty-one thousand eight hundred twenty-six dollars and fifty-seven cents ($31,826 57) ; and committed the same, together with our warrant in due form of law for collecting the same, on the 18th of August last, to the several collectors of taxes for collection, as follows : -
