ANNUAL ADVERTISER,
PREFIXED TO THE
LOWELL DIRECTORY.
« ...
[The utility of this Sheet and the benefits deriv- ed from Advertising in the Directory will, we believe, be seen and acknowledged, when the public reflect that the book has an extensive circulation, not only in this town, but the adjoining towns, so that an ad- vertisement inserted in it, is worth far more than in any other work, as it is not so liable to be destroyed as in newspapers. It is hoped, therefore, that, next year, there will be a large increase of names on the Advertising sheet, as the publisher will spare no pains to make it worthy of such patronage.
