The Superintendent the past year has seen fit to construct a build- ing, about 12 x 20 feet on the ground, in utter disregard of the in- structions of the Overseers, at a cost of about $125, which we have deducted from the amount of his salary and drawn an order for the balance to March 1, 1875.
