Carter, Treasurer, and find them properly kept and vouched for, and that there is a balance in his hands of $364.02. We also find cash belonging to the "Collins School Fund." $1,665,67, and Certificates of Bank and Railroad Stock, as reported in the Treasurer's Statement.
