The outlay of $206.50 in rebuilding Skinnerville and Bullard Bridges, which were found to be unsafe, so reduced the High- way appropriation as to cause a neglect in the necessary repairs that some of our roads needed, and we would recommend that the Town raise the same as last year for the repairs of High ways and Bridges.
