The undersigned, Trustees of the Punchard Free School, in compliance with the 5th Section of their Act of Incorporation, herewith render an account of the condition of the Fund and of the receipts and expenditures thereof, for the year ending February 1, 1855.

And they would add, that they are dependant upon the Treasurer, personally, for a full list of Notes payable, owing to the manner which this account has been kept. We would respectfully suggest, that an improved system of keeping the Town accounts generally, should be adopted.
