AUDITORS' REPORT.
The Auditing Committee, chosen at the last annual meeting, hereby certify that they have examined the account of the Town Treasurer for the financial year ending Feb. 28, 1880, and find it correctly cast ; the receipts properly entered, and the payments sus- tained by proper vouchers.
They find the cash balance in the Treasurer's hands, verified by an examination of the funds, to be $302.09, and that the amount of Selectmen's orders paid by him is $20,073.52, of which those amount- ing to $438.71 were outstanding at date of last settlement, and the balance, amounting to $19,634.81 were drawn since that date.
They have also examined the vouchers in the hands of the Se- lectmen and find them to cover orders amounting to $19,993.83, of which those amounting to $359.02 are outstanding.
They further find that there is due the Town
