IPSWICH TOWN REPORT.

REPORT

OF THE TOWN ACCOUNTANT.

To the Honorable Board of Selectmen, Gentlemen :

In compliance with the by-law adopted at the annual meeting, I herewith submit a report of the receipts and expenditures of the several departments for the year ending December 31, 1910. You will note that there has been some changes from former years in the method of charging up expenditures, in order to comply with the requirements of the State. Items under the head of Fees and Salaries do not appear, each department having been charged with its expenditures. For example, salaries of each department, have been charged to that department instead of to Fees and Salaries as heretofore, therefore I would recommend that in the future an appropriation be made for each department.

Respectfully submitted,

CHAS. E. GOODHUE,

Accountant.
