By referring to the report of last year, it will be seen that the town owed at the beginning of this year a note of $500.00.

This note has since been paid, together with all other notes against the town, so that we begin the year 1900 entirely free from debt and with a cash balance in the treasury of $137.34, while the assets over liabilities this year have in- creased over last year, $2,514.32.

AUDITORS' REPORT.

We, the undersigned subscribers, have this day audited the accounts of the Town Treasurer of Carver.

We have carefully examined his record of receipts and disbursements, and compared his vouchers with the same. We have examined his bank account, both deposits and drafts, and we have counted his cash on hand in the treas- ury. We find the Town Treasurer's accounts correct.
