Balance in favor of the Association
There were inmates from the following towns :
Auburn, Ashburnham, Brookfield, Charlton, East Brookfield, Hardwick, Holden, Leicester, Millbury, Oakham, Paxton, Rut- land, Warren, Westminster, West Boylston and West Brookfield. No inmates from Berlin, Boylston, Dana, Holland, Hubbards- ton, New Braintree, Princeton and Sterling.
The Association is fortunate in being able to retain the services of Mr. and Mrs. Howard D. Sargent as warden and matron.
The inventory of the personal property, taken January 1, 1930, shows a slight increase over last year. February 1930, Mr. Ed- ward A. Lamb resigned as vice president and auditor, and at the quarterly meeting, April 1, 1930, Mr. John G. Hammond of Charlton, was chosen vice president and Mr. Carl F. Davis, West Brookfield, auditor.
Respectfully submitted,
HERBERT N. SHEPARD, President LOUIS M. HANFF, Sec. and Treas.
REPORT OF THE AUDITOR
I have audited all bills of the Association for the year ending December 31, 1930, including money received and expended, and have found them correct ; also all checks which were signed by the president and treasurer.
Respectfully submitted,
CLARK F. DAVIS,
Auditor.

REPORT
OF THE CEMETERY COMMITTEE
To the Selectmen of Oakham :
Gentlemen :-
The Cemetery Committee reports the following work and ex- penditures for 1930 :
Balance from 1929 Appropriation

Raised and appropriated, 1930
100 00
Interest from Perpetual Funds

2 25
Labor
437 20
Total $516 20 $172 07
Unexpended Balance
The Committee suggests that this amount be appropriated for 1931 and $100 raised and appropriated as well as the income from the trust funds. There was quite a little regrading done this year and we hope to set out some shrubs in 1931 and add to the beauty of yards. Plans have been made for same but the com- mittee has not yet taken action upon them. Blueprints have been made of all the cemeteries.
Respectfully submitted, JOHN W. DWELLY, Chairman. GEO. W. DEAN, EDWIN GREEN.

Respectfully submitted,
