Town Debt $17,029 13

The Treasury is subject to certain unpaid bills. ] amounting as near as can be judged to about $100; and bills have been paid by the town for State Aid and assistance to State Paupers which will be reimbursed by the State. The amount of the town debt will not be materially altered on this account. We cannot report the exact amount of these bills on either side; but the amount of the town debt would be lessened rather than increased.
