MIDDLESEX, SS.
To either of the Constables of North County of Middlesex,
Reading, in the Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachu. setts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the TOWN OF NORTH READING, qualified to vote in Elections and in Town affairs, to meet at the TOWN HALL, in said Town, on MONDAY, the third day of March next, at 8 o'clock, A. M., then and there to act on the following Articles, viz. :-
POLLS OPEN AT NINE O'CLOCK.
ARTICLE 1. To choose a Moderator.
ART. 2. To hear reports of Selectmen, Assessors, Overseers of the Poor, and Road Commissioners. and act thereon.
ART. 3. To hear report of Treasurer, and act there- on.
ART. 4. To hear report of School Committee, and act thereon.
ART. 5. To choose all necessary Town Officers for the ensuing year.
ART. 6. To see how much money the Town will raise for Ordinary Expenses for the year ensuing.
ART. 7. To determine how much money the Town will raise for the Support of Schools.
ART. 8. To determine how much money the Town will raise for Repairs of Highways and Townways,and the manner in which it shall be expended.
ART. 9. To see how much money the Town will raise and appropriate for the payment of the Town Debt.
ART. 10. To see how much money the Town will raise for Repairs on Burial Grounds, and how they will expend the same.
ART. 11. To see if the Town will instruct the Road Commissioners to widen Elm Street, near the new Cemetery, or what they will do about it.
ART. 12. To see if the Town will instruct the Trustees of the nev Cemetery to set out shade and or-

namental trees on the same, or what they will do in regard to the same.
ART. 13. To see if the Town will accept the do- nation of Mrs. Charles F. Flint in regard to the Library, or what they will do in relation to the same.
ART. 14. To see if the Town will petition the Leg- islature for a change of name, and to take any other action in regard to the same that they may deem nec- essary.
ART. 15. To see if the Town will change the time of holding their Annual Meeting from March to April, or what they will do in regard to the same.
ART. 16. To see if the Town will vote to discon- tinue the School in the East District, or what they will do in regard to the same.
ART. 17. To see what instructions the Town will give their Collector in relation to collecting taxes.
ART. 18. To see if the Town will give their Treasurer authority to hire money, or what they will do in relation to the same.
ART. 19. To see if the Town will instruct their Selectmen to sell the property known as the Freeman Place, or what they will do about it.
ART. 20. To see if the Town will accept the List of Jurors as prepared by the Selectmen.
ART. 21. To hear report of Selectmen on Guide. boards.
ART. 22. To hear reports of Committees, and act thereon.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of this Warrant with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of meeting as aforesaid.
