To either of the Constables of the Town of Reading, Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are here- by required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Reading, qualified to vote in elections and town affairs, to meet in Security Hall, Woburn Street, in said Reading on
MONDAY, THE FIRST DAY OF MARCH, A.D., 1943
at seven o'clock in the forenoon, to act on the following article, viz :
Article 1. To bring in their votes on one ballot for Moderator, for one year, Town Clerk, for one year; one member of the Board of Se- lectmen, for three years; one member of the Board of Public Welfare, for three years; one member of the Board of Assessors, for three years ; Treasurer, for one year; Collector of Taxes, for one year; two mem- bers of the Board of Public Works, for three years; two Constables, for one year; one member of the Municipal Light Board, for three years; one member of the Board of Health, for one year; one member of the Board of Health for three years; two members of the School Committee, for three years; two Trustees of the Public Library, for three years; one Trustee of the Public Library, for two years; two members of the Planning Board, for three years; one mem- ' ber of the Planning Board, for one year; two members of the Board of Cemetery Trustees, for three years; one member of the Board of Cemetery Trustees, for one year.
And to bring in their votes "Yes" or "No" on the following ques- tions :
"Shall an act passed by the general court in the year nineteen hun- dred and forty-three, entitled 'an act establishing in the town of Read- ing representative town government by limited town meetings,' be ac- cepted by this town?"
And to meet in Security Hall, Woburn Street, on Monday, the eighth day of March, A.D., 1943, at seven forty-five o'clock in the eve- ning to act on the following articles :

To hear and act on the reports of the Board of Select- men, Town Accountant, Treasurer, Collector of Taxes, Board of As- sessors, Board of Public Works, Town Clerk, Tree Warden, Board of Health, Board of Public Welfare, School Committee, Public Library Trustees, Municipal Light Board, Cemetery Trustees, Planning Board, Finance Committee, Contributory Retirement Board, and any other Boards or Special Committees.

Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year begin- ning January 1, 1944, and to issue a note or notes therefor payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44, General Laws. Article 6. To see what sum the Town will raise and appropriate for the purpose of foreclosing in the Land Court pursuant to provisions of Section 65 of Chapter 60 of the General Laws, the right of redemp- tion to any and all real estate taken by the Town for non-payment of taxes, or what it will do in relation thereto.
