That it may be expedient to take some efectivals measures to see if a sufficient num. fer of subscribers for a turn pike Corporations from the turnpike in Leominster by Lancaster meeting house to Bolton a stow to Waltham can be obtained, and a corporation established that may free the toires from The expense of several Bridges & otherwise accommodate the public.

That are alteration in the Road from Lancaster meeting house to the old Common crofting the River a little below the mestings agrocables to the plan herewith exhibited would benefit the public as well as a great part of the inhabitants of the town, and ought to be effected when the circumstances of the Town are much favorable therefor , and may , with the aid of private Predescriptions , which your committee ) are of opinion would amount to a considerable part of the expences. 2 3.
