After a long & distressin ill- ness which she bore with ex- emplary patience & submission. Living beloved & dying lamented. She has left her friends the sweet remembrance of her Christian virtues & the sustaining belief of her immortal reward.

MARY MUNROE relict of Samuel Sanderson Born in Lexington Oct. 10, 17448, Died in East Lexington, Oct. 15, 1852 : Aged 104 yrs. 5 days.
A witness of the first revolutionary conflict, she recounted its trying scenes to the last. The vitality of her Christian faith was evinced by cheerfulness under severe bodily infirmity for more than twenty years.
