Be it enacted, etc., as follows :


That Charles Blake, of Boston, in the county of Suffolk, librarian, son of James Blake, shall be allowed to take the name of Charles Lloyd Blake ; Betsey G. Bray, of said Boston, single-woman, daughter of John Bray, shall be allowed to take the name of Elizabeth Goodwin Bray ; Charles Bullard, of said Boston, son of Eli Bullard, of Framingham, shall be allowed to take the name of Charles Buckminster Bullard ; James Russell Dutton, son of.
