Every justice of the peace, minister, and clerk or keeper of the records of a meeting wherein marriages among Friends or Quakers arc solemnized shall make and keep a record of each marriage solemnized before him, or in such mecting, and of all facts relating to the marriage which are required to be recorded by section one of chapter thirty-two of the Public Statutes.
