BLACKINTON.
The thriving and prosperous little village bearing the above name was so called in nonor of Sanford Blackinton, first president of the S. Blackinton Woolen Company, which constitutes the main industry of the place. It is situated on the Fitchburg railroad, three miles east of Williamstown. Electric cars run to and from . this place every 35 minutes.
