Amid the Berkshire Hills.
Running from Cheshire to Great Barrington, 43 miles, is the best equipped railway in the country. The beautiful town of Cheshire, the city of Pittsfield, the towns of Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge and Great Barrington are easily reached by this line. The cars are elegant, the service the best and the scenery unsurpassed. At Cheshire the road connects with the Hoosac Valley Street Rail- way, which runs through Adams to the city of North Adams, making a continuous run of 53 miles.
Through Berkshire cars from North Adams to Berkshire, and Pittsfield to Great Barrington. Here can be found the most attractive trolley rides in the country.
The Berkshire Company's Park, between Cheshire and Pitts- field, with its superb view of "Old Greylock," the highest peak in Massachusetts, is one of the most enjoyable places for an outing in the whole of this lovely region. Cars run every half hour.
