and Report that we conversed with no Simeon Blodget at two Different Times respecting the Damage which has or may arife to him by Reason of a Roads being Lares, Throng this Land and after having Requested www Blodget to Set a prise upon the Land and Damages and after useing all arguments which we thought proper the Least that in Simeon 's lodget would Consent to Receive ne for the Land and no Damage provided he him self must be at the Expense of making the fence was one hundred and twenty Dollars and if the Town would be at the Expense of the fence he would Consent to Receive Sixty Dollars and Nothing dets and we Did not Think it Expedient to Content to give mir Blodget Either of the afore said firms on Them Conditions But offered him the fun of Sixty Dollars for his Land and Damages and mr Blooget to make his own fence if he receive the above fun and the old Road to Remain the town property But my Blogget would not consent to Receive the fury we offered him as a Sufficient Compensation for his Land and Dallage
