The Treasurer of the town may license any Mag to go at large, with a collar about the neck as presented by law, ( when license shall be enly recorded powered such clay is muzzled- when the payment of one wollen annually - and no drag shall be allowed to run at large without Inch license and the owner or keeper of any dog, who shall suffer such drag to brun at lange. without sven license, shall perfect and per the sum of Five dollars for reven offence one half of which penalty, when recovered shall go to the use of the time and one half to the complainants


Zeven license issued as before provided shall be numbered - and the collar where the dra. shall be numbered to cinespend with the license


The Treasurer is hereby authorised to pay to any person, as a reward, the sum of One etallen, for killing any dog, found unlawfully going at large satisfactory Idence of Luck Killing being punished


The Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to procure blank Licenses, to he printed for use


The selectmen of the town are hereby authorised to pay such sum as they may deem recomable, as Compensation


for issuing licenses as aferesaid, recording the same

"We the subscribers Selectmen of the town of Warren have laid out for the use of said toure an addition to a county werd as follows, Beginning in the northerly diese of the Driver road, leading from waren to Palmer at a Corner of J. B. Lombard, and News of Salt. mills Canal Mende N. 79/2 W. 22 rows on land of Theirs of Sally mills to a corner of Rufus Bakers land, Said live being on the motherly hele of sound addition to county road_ dommages to the owners of the land over which sauce addition to county road passes as follows


To Heirs of Sally Mills Inventy four dollars $24.00 to be paid by the said town of pramen before said road is opened, which said addition to County road is hereby reported to the town for their acceptance and when accepted and recorded is forever after to be known as a public town way
