At & legal meeting of the Inhabitants of the Town of Wahren held Monday the twenty ninth day of Septembert A. D. 1890. For the Town Hall; The meeting was called to order and warrant read by Town Clerk, who appointed Haschal Underwood and D. V. Hitcherch - tellers.
Upon the first article of the warrant made choice of W. E. Patrick for moderator.
Upon the second article of the warrant- The report of the selectmen ispon. the division of precincts was read by Town Clerk. Moved that the report as made by the Selectinen be accepted. motion was carried.
Upon the third article, - motion was made to accept the road as laid out by the Selectmen.
An amendment was of fond that the lay out be accepted as far as the land of Mr. White and A. W. Lincoln, The amendment was lost and the original motion carried .-
Motion made that $ 200 be appropriated from the repair account to be extended on road as far as bound No. 3. motion carried.
Upon the fourth article: The report the the committee was read by L.I. Hitchcock. Voted to accept the report. Voted to appropriate One hundred and Scounty five dollars ($175.00) To put in

Upon the ninth article; Moved that the Selectmen be instructed to sell the pound and furnish a place. to maintain a bound.
An amendmentwas offered that the Treasurer be added to the Selection to form a committee; the amendment was carried and the original motion as amended, carried.
Upon the touch article ;- Moud that the town accept the provisions of chap. 386 of the statute of 1890, entitled "an act to authorize the printing and distributing of ballots for town elections. at the public expense" motion was carried.
Upon the same article, Moord that the town accept the provisions of sections 64 to 77 of chap 27 of the Public Statutes, relative to the choosing of Selectmen, assessors, Overseers, and Road Commissioners and that the number of members be three on each board chosen in the manner prescribed in the above mentioned see. -tions.
This motion was amended by adding that
