We, the Selection of Buinfuld, beg leave to report that we have viewed the town way mean the factory village in said town, I have to altered the same, as to make it conform to the following courses & distances, viz.


Beginning one & a half rods west of as well opposite Augustus faner's house, & Thence running No 27/20 6. 12 rods: there North 1822 6.20 rods, Theres No. 14ª E. 30 rods. theres No. 10ª 6. 30 rods to a point where the road divides. then taking the left & running No. 32 " E. 21 rods to the said County road a little North of Erastus Lumbard's house. Said town way is Three rods wide & the above line is in the centre. By the above route we crof the River further west than formerly, & hals over land belonging to the Monson V, Prinfuld Manufacturing ba the agent of which Andrew W. Porter agrees to claim no damage & that said Co." shall support The Bridge over the Canal as heretofus The other parts of the Town way are not varied materially from the travelled row but as we could find no records of some part of said way we thought it best to include it in this Report, that the same might

To the bondtable of the town of Brinfuld, Greeting L.S In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are required to notify &warn the Inhabitants of the town of Brimfield qualified to role in Elections to meet at the meding house on the leuth day of November next being the second Mondan of said months at One of the clock I. H. to act on the following articles


1. To bring in their votes for a Governor. Lient. Governor, and Two Senators for the District of Hamjeden you the year ensuing.


2. To choose one or more Representative, to represent. this low in the General bout to be held at Boston on the First Wednesday of Law" next.


3. To bring in their votes for a Representative in the twenty- Pourthe Congress of the United States for the Eighth, Con- grevional District.


And you are further directed to warm the Inhabitants of said Brimfield qualified to vote in town affairs to meet at the above named place, & on the above named day at ihre of the Clock J. M. to act on the following articles Ist To choose a Moderator


2. To see if the Down will accept the report of the Seleclinea relative to an alteration in the road near Elias Varbells.


3. To see if the town will discontinue, the road provided any be established according to law, 'from near the house of Nathan Hay to the line between this town & Wales, or any part of said roade. V establish the same as a bridlesway for the accommodation of Esick Jourlectoll vothers there of. 4th To see what course the town will take relating to an Indictment found against them for not keeping the road? last abovementioned in repair.


5.th To see if the Town will take any measures to indemnity themselves for the expenses which have been X may be incurred for the support of the in ant child of e llary har. 6." To see in the Town will sell a track of land adjoining that of the children of Ephraim Grouch?


7th To appoint any agents or Commilley for any of the above purposes or for such other purposes as the Goron may think proper.


8th To see what measures if any the town will take to prevent unnecessary alterations & expense on the road leading to Mondon when the bounty Com millioner shall again view the same.
