WATER-POSTS.
Two new water-posts for the use of the street-watering department were set in 1898, in the following locations : -
Broadway, near Willow avenue.
School street, opposite Cummings school.
One water-post was set on Wheatland street, near the corner of Mystic avenue, for the use of the Metropolitan Park Com- mission, and at their expense.
The total number now in the city is fifty-seven.
