Beginning on Essex bridge, at the boundary line between Beverly and Salem, thence by said boundary line to the boundary line be- tween Beverly and Danvers, thence by said boundary line to the boundary stone marked B.D., situated on the easterly end of the hill called "Brown's Folly," thence southeasterly to the outlet of the brook which flows into the northerly end of the mill pond, thence by the channel of the mill pond to the mill dam on Elliott street, thence by the channel of Bass River to a line in continuation of the center of Bow street, thence by said line and the cen- ter of Bow street to the junction of Bow street and Cabot street, thence by the center of Cabot street to Essex bridge, and by Essex bridge to the place of beginning.
