Surplus to be refunded to members at the end of every five years from December 1843. Premiums may be paid quarterly or semi- annually when desired, and amounts not too small. Its contents, though mainly of a practical character, are intended to be sufficiently varied to make its weekly visits interesting as well as useful to the medical practitioner.
