2ly voted that a Committee be Choofen to over See the Building of the Great Bridge Near Capt John Good- ridges and said Committee be impowered and Directed to seet Thofe perfons to work that are Delinquent in paying of there Taxes and are unable to pay them any other way to the Collectors and allow said perfons for there service at the bridge the time he is faithfull in the Service accord- ing to the Difcreftion of Said Committee

5ly voted that the Committee speedialy proceed in Building of said Bridge and they be impowered to procure timber for said Bridge & Carpender Labour as is Needfull for said service
