We have included in the General Appropriation for the Board of Health sufficient money to take care of the contract for the removal of garbage.

We recommend that the Board of Health in its annual report include a full list of the expenditures incurred by the Dental Clinic, and that they confer with the Town of Hope dale to ascertain if it is interested in patronizing the Clinic.

We call attention to the fact that the Incidental depart- ment, Memorial Hall, School Department, Soldiers' Relief, contracted bills in excess of their appropriation in 1923. As previously pointed out this is in violation of General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 31, as amended by Acts of 1922, Chapter 253, and that it is their duty as well as that of this committee to report the facts to the Disirict Attorney.
