Report of the Young Men's Library Association

To the Members of the Young Men's Library Association :

I submit herewith my annual report as Librarian for the year of 1933.

The circulation for the year was as follows :-

Main Library

40,417

Thorndike Branch

5,101

Bondsville Branch

12,310

Three Rivers Branch

13,152

Total

70,980

While this shows a decrease in circulation of nearly 11,000 it is considered an encouraging factor, as more people are working than last year and they have less time to read.

Another factor is the smaller appropriation available for the purchase of books.

H. M. HOWE, Librarian
